What happens if my pet does not get used to the new furniture? Can special sizes be ordered?

We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: Master Card, Visa. We also accept payment by paypal. If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Can I track my order online?
Once the order ships, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the order details and tracking number, which you may use to track your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
While we aim to ensure quick and smooth delivery. Normally we ship within 2 working days after payment is booked. Delivery times depend on the delivery method. Typically, orders will arrive to your home within 20-40 business days. You will get informations on leading times always with your order confirmation. you will get a tracking number by e-mail, being able to watch the delivery status online. Should there be delays, because of holiday season or other circumstances, you will be informed immediately.
Did you receive my order?
When you order with www.avber.com, an order confirmation is sent to you within 24 hours by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order if it hasn't been sent out. Simply send an e-mail to email@example.com.
We strive to accurately display the colors of our products. However, as the actual colors you may see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If you are uncertain about the material and color you should request a material sample.
If you want faster shippment, we can send the item by Express mail. Please ask for the extra costs.
Must I sign for my delivery?
Signature is required.
May I choose my shipping carrier?
No. You may choose only the delivery method.
Who do I call if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier?
When the box arrives broken, please check whether the content is also damaged. If so, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must keep all shipping and merchandise packaging.
There are occasions beyond our control, which will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Most of our pet furniture is custom made to order. We will notify you immediately should production, for whatever reason takes longer than expected.
What is your return policy?
Satisfaction Guarantee It is our mission to ensure that your www.avber.com shopping experience is simple and enjoyable. Have confidence in ordering from www.avber.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund. You may return an item within 15 days from purchase, if the product is returned unused (free of pet hair or scratches). Please send us an announcement within 15 days of receipt by e-mail to email@example.com. The buyer does shipping and pays the freight to return the product. All products returned must be in new condition with no evidence of use, specifically cat hair or scratches. Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I report a damaged or defective product?
In the event of shipping damage, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. So we can determine quickly the best method to resolve the problem. Please keep the original shipping cartons if return shipment is necessary.
